To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

When Tracking Is Available

A tracking number is usually generated within 24 to 48 hours following order confirmation.

Where to Find Your Order Details

Your Order ID can be located in the confirmation email you received or in your account on our website. Use the billing email you provided during checkout.

Understanding Tracking Statuses

– **Order Received**: Your order has been successfully placed and is now being processed.
– **Processing**: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
– **Shipped**: Your order has departed from our facility and is on its way to you.
– **In Transit**: Your order is currently on its way to your delivery address.
– **Out for Delivery**: Your order is scheduled to be delivered shortly.
– **Delivered**: Your order has reached your specified address.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking status has not changed for more than three days, we recommend contacting us for further assistance. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we aim to respond within 24 business hours.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please reach out to us to report the situation. We will initiate an investigation to determine if a replacement is needed.
