Refund Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, returned with their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. An RMA number is required before returning any item.

Refund Window

Customers can request a refund within 30 days of receiving their items.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds: gift cards, items marked as final sale, and any customized or personalized products.

Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and typically arrive 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Metromuse’s part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team at support@metromuse.shop to obtain your RMA number.
2. Prepare the item for return, ensuring it is in its original condition and packaging.
3. Include proof of purchase with your return shipment.
4. Send the package to the designated address along with your RMA.
5. Notify us of the return shipment by providing tracking details.
6. Wait for confirmation of your refund after we inspect the returned item.
