Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is designed to instill confidence while you shop. If any purchases do not meet your expectations, eligible items can be returned within the specified timeframe for a refund or store credit.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unopened, and with all tags attached. The original packaging should remain intact.

Return Window

Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: personalized products, items marked as final sale at checkout, and any products showing signs of wear or damage.

Exchange Option

Currently, exchanges are processed as a return and new order. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a reliable shipping method that provides tracking. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued within 2 business days of approval.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@metromuse.shop within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order ID and the reason for the return.
3. Expect a response within 24 business hours, which will include a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
4. Return the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.
