Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 2 hours of placing them. The cancellation period begins as soon as the order confirmation email is received.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order number.
3. Provide the email address associated with the order.
4. If possible, state your reason for cancellation.

Post-Shipment Cancellations

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to consult our Return Policy for any returns or exchanges, as cancellation is not possible at that stage.

Refund After Cancellation

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and credited back to the original payment method. Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect after we receive the returned item.

Cancellation Fees

No fees are associated with the cancellation of orders at Metromuse.

Order Modifications

You can request changes to your order, such as updates to the shipping address or changes in item quantities, prior to shipment. Support will respond to modification requests within 24 business hours.
